In today’s lesson from the Magic Day 14 Have a Magical Day, Rhonda discusses how your mood can affect your day. Ever have one of those mornings you wake up in a very bad mood and continue to have your bad attitude all day.
You tell yourself, tell is going to be a bad day and you are grumpy and miserable even before you get in your car off to work. You are convinced today is not going to go your way and all the way to work you think of how bad today is going to suck. Sound familiar? I think we have all had one of those days and then sometimes the day actually turns out ok, better than we thought.
This lesson teaches us to start our day in gratitude with our list of ten blessings but also in the belief that today is going to be a good day. When you wake up and decide it is going to be a good day by saying thank you for a good day that has not happened yet. You are sending out the vibration that today will be good and that you are embracing it with a positive and thankful attitude. This lesson goes hand in hand with the daily exercise of count your blessings and ends with your magic rock, thinking of the best thing that happened to you during the day.
