Today’s lesson focuses on Health and miracles and how by having appreciation and gratitude for our health, we are ensuring more health. What this lesson talks about is taking stock of our health not only when we are sick but in our everyday lives. Even if you are dealing with an illness there may be other areas of your body that are healthy. So learning to appreciate what you have even in a state of illness will help you in your healing process.
The chapter also talks about improving your health or body image by using visualization. Focusing on your ideal health or ideal body image will help you manifest what it feels like to have your ideal health or your ideal body image. This works for a lot of people that by using visualizations they feel themselves healing or achieving their ideal body image. This tricks the mind into thinking it is real and your brain will not know the difference. Learning to manifest positive thoughts and images have been proven to increase and sometimes even cure people’s illnesses. Attitude and mindset play a huge role in recovering from an illness and also self esteem and success.
Lesson for Day 16:
1.) Count Your Blessings by making a list of ten things that you are grateful for. Write why you are grateful and then say the magic words three times after each one. Feel the gratitude for each one.
2.) Recollect three times in your life that you felt on top of the world and give sincere thanks for those times.
3.) Think of five functions of your body that are well and give thanks for each one.
4.) Choose one thing about your body or health that you want to improve and visualize how you you would feel in the ideal state. Then give thanks for the ideal state.
5.) Just before you go to sleep tonight grab your magic rock and think of the best thing that happened for you during the day. Say thank you for the best thing that happened to you.
