Today’s lesson deals with the Magic Heart and how you can learn to feel gratitude at a much deeper level. By combining the mental visualization of your heart with feelings of gratitude you are adding a powerful combination of law of attraction and heart felt gratitude.
Rhonda discusses how visioning your heart as you meditate on gratitude amplifies the feelings and gives you a deeper connection. This lesson also incorporates how you can use this effective mental tool in conjunction with a list of desires.
Make a list of your top ten desires, after you are done writing them. Clear your mind and visualize your heart pumping you can even put your hand over your heart while you meditate. Think of your heart functioning and pumping to a nice relaxing heartbeat. Once you have this clear picture in your mind, start thinking of your desire list one by one. Say thank you three times as you hold your hand over your heart and say thank you.
By visualizing your heart with your gratitude you are deepening your intentions and feeling your desires and wishes more completely.
Below is the practice instructions for lesson day 20 of the Magic Heart:
1.) Count your blessings- make a list of ten things that you are grateful for. Say each blessing out load and say the magic words “thank you” three times after each blessing.
2.) Focus your mind on the area of your heart.
3.) Close your eyes and mentally keep your mind on your heart. As you are concentrating on your heart say the magic words “thank you”
4.) Take out your top ten desire list and practice using the Magic heart practice. Focus on the area of your heart and say thank you for each of your desires.
5.) Just before you go to bed, take out your magic rock and hold it in your hand. Think back over your day and say thank you for the best thing that happened to you during the day.
