Today’s lesson of Magnificent outcomes deals with visualizing positive outcomes before they happen or occur. It a tool to use when you have a list of things to do or maybe a problem you need to have sorted out.
This lesson focuses on how we can program our thoughts and brain to think ahead and manifest a positive outcome versus a bad one. What I mean by this is sometimes we think too much or let our fears and worry take over. We make things worse or a situation go bad even before we start something.
Ever have one of those days, you wake up in a bad mood and know you have something to do or to face someone you do not want to see? You start running in your head how awful it is going to be or how it will come out even before you get there. You start telling yourself things like, “I am not looking forward to this or this is going to suck” etc. By doing that you are sending out those vibrations of “bad outcomes” .
Rhonda talks about visualizing and giving gratitude for having things go your way or for magnificent outcomes before they happen. She also talks about thinking back over your day or week and giving thanks for things that happened to you unexpectedly and giving thanks for them working out. By practicing this method of visualizing you are in fact helping things to go your way and not manifesting negativity.
Sometimes things don’t go well or happen in our benefit that is life. But my constantly looking for things to be thankful and grateful for you are telling the universe, I’ll have more of that please. Below is magical lesson for day 21 Magnificent Outcomes.
