In a medium sauce pan add in the olive oil and the garlice
Saute for about three minutes until the garlic is lightly toasted
Add in the ground turkey and brown
Season the turkey meat with pepper, salt, italian seasonings, onion and garlic powder (optional)
Drain excess fat and grease from turkey and return to oven
Pour in the marianara sauce and stir on medium to low heat
Wash and cut zucchini into two even halfs, cutting down the middle
Scoop the inside of the zucchini out of the zucchini and place on a baking dish face side up
Once meat and sauce are cooked scoop meat into the zucchini halves
Top the zucchini boats with a few dallops of the ricotta cheese
Add the mozzarella cheese to each of the zucchini boats
Cook zucchini boats for 30 mins at 350 degrees
Sprinkle with parmasean cheese and enjoy! (optional)
